The Iron Derrickman® (patented) and the Iron Derrickman® PLUS are racking board mounted pipe handling systems that are designed to mount onto the racking board with little or no modifications to most standard offshore barge, jack-up and platform style drilling rig derricks. The systems remove drilling hands from the racking board and the drill floor during tripping operations.
IRON DERRICKMAN® OFFLINE STAND BUILDING SYSTEMS The Iron Derrickman® Offline Stand Building Systems build and torque up triple stands of drill pipe and heavyweight ready for drilling presenting each stand to well center without the use of mouseholes, overhead winch lines, or drilling hands on the drill floor or on the racking board. The systems can retrofit on existing land based double and triple masted drilling rigs.
