MISSION Iron Derrickman Ltd. is committed to design, development, and the implementation of pipe handling systems that keep drilling hands from harm's way and that are retrofittable onto existing land based double and triple masted drilling rigs. CORPORATE OVERVIEW Iron Derrickman Ltd. manufactures the first hands-free (on the racking board and on the drill floor) racking board mounted pipe handling system for tripping drill pipe, heavy weight and drill collars in and out hole that can retrofit onto existing land based double and triple masted drilling rigs without modification to the mast. Now introduced to work with the Iron Derrickman® is the first hands-free Vertical Offline Stand Building System that is retrofittable onto existing land based double and triple masted drilling rigs and uses no mouseholes or overhead winch lines.
Rapidly expanding, Iron Derrickman Ltd. has recently announced the opening of their Houston International Sales Office. Field Operations are now in Alberta, Wyoming, Colorado and Texas. The roots of Iron Derrickman Ltd. extend almost 30 years for each company founder in the design, fabrication and project management of Mechanical (Monte Wright - Canrig), Electrical (Bill Stroshein - Kelon Electric - Tesco), and Hydraulic (Dave Richard - Mainline Industries Ltd. - Tesco) systems, machinery and oilfield equipment design.
